- Juices: fresh fruit or vegetable, 100%, that have been diluted with water. Pineapple, carrot, beet, parsley, apple, papaya.
- Teas: herbal teas (chamomile, peppermint, fennel, licorice, dandelion, burdock, fruit)
- Milks: rice or almond milk
- Sugar including sucrose, dextrose, corn syrup, brown sugar, turbinado – avoid artificial sweeteners
- Wheat and products containing wheat
- Corn and corn staches, sugars etc…
- Eggs
- Cow milk
- Cheese
- Yeast
- Caffeine
- Red meat
- Pork
- Shellfish
- Alcohol
- Food additives and preservatives – if you don’t recognize it on the label don’t buy it
